Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Responsible for leading Tyto Athene’s global business development and sales organization.
As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Fabian Plath is responsible for leading Tyto Athene’s global business development and sales organization to meet the company’s strategic goals. Fabian has nearly 20 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, and marketing and developing integrated strategies to fuel innovation and growth.
Prior to joining Tyto Athene, Fabian spent over four years leading business development efforts at NES Associates, a mid-sized integrator that provided high-level engineering and implementation services to the Department of Defense and federal civilian agency customers. As part of NES Associates management team, he supported the sale of NES to CSRA, which was later acquired by GDIT. Fabian continued to lead his business development team through both acquisitions.
Prior to that, he held Director of Business Development positions at TRI-COR Industries and The Centech Group where he was responsible for the development and growth of new accounts including Army, Air Force, DHS and Department of State.
Fabian serves as a Board Member and Chair of Strategic Initiatives for the AFCEA Belvoir chapter and serves on the AFCEA International Small Business Committee, in addition to supporting other industry committees.
Fabian earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
