    Gregory McCarthy is the Vice President of Capture at Tyto Athene, LLC, a leading federal systems integrator specializing in mission-focused digital transformation solutions. With over 30 years of experience in management, business development, capture, and marketing, Greg brings a wealth of experience to his role at Tyto Athene.

    Greg has a proven track record in the government contracting industry, successfully leading operations and business development initiatives resulting in significant contract wins. His extensive experience spans the government bid lifecycle, from initial capture strategy to proposal development and bid submission. Greg’s deep understanding of government needs and his ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders have been instrumental in securing high-value contracts.

    Previously, Greg served as the CEO of Key Solutions, a prominent bid and proposal consulting firm acquired by Tyto Athene in 2024. His leadership in third-party performance assessments provided him with unique insights into contractor performance across various government agencies, further enhancing his ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

    Greg’s contributions to the industry have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Smart CEO Magazine’s Executive Management Award. His prior roles also include serving as Director of Marketing for Black and Decker, where he developed and executed marketing strategies to drive significant business growth.
