SVP of National Security & Civilian Sector
Tyto’s National Security and Civilian business units provide solutions and technologies to the federal agencies that protect national interests and deliver essential services to U.S. citizens. Leading these teams is Senior Vice President Jared Kim.
Jared’s diverse operational and technical background, coupled with his deep understanding of customer needs ensures Tyto delivers the right solutions and services while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and business performance.
With more than 20 years of engineering and information technology experience, Jared is a mission-focused executive with a history of leading large accounts and strategic initiatives in both the Federal and commercial markets beginning with CSRA where he handled a $100M+ account supporting over 600 employees. He later served as a Division Director for AnaVation, LLC before joining Qbase in 2020.
As Vice President of Qbase’s National Security Sector, he was responsible for the growth and delivery of a complex and diverse portfolio of IT and mission technology programs. Jared transitioned to Tyto Athene with Tyto’s key acquisition of Qbase in 2021.
Jared holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. In addition, he is a certified SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
