Chief Financial Officer
Driving financial performance and executing strategies to advance and exceed Tyto’s financial growth initiatives is the forte of Chief Financial Officer Rick Johnson. Rick brings more than 25 years of Federal government contracting, financial and accounting expertise to the role alongside a performance-proven record of strategic, financial leadership. His leadership will govern the finance, accounting, supply chain, pricing and contracts teams as Tyto continues to expand and broaden its capabilities and depth of reach.
Prior to joining Tyto, Rick served as CFO of IntelliBridge, LLC where his deep knowledge of corporate financial analysis and management prowess led to the execution of impactful strategic initiatives that increased financial performance and reduced operational expenses. This enabled IntelliBridge to make significant investments in emerging technical solutions that propelled the business forward. His accomplishments and success at IntelliBridge have earned him the honor of WashingtonExec’s 2024 Chief Officer Award.
Before IntelliBridge, Rick’s leadership and financial diligence supported the integration of eight acquisitions and two successful exits during his time as VP of Finance at Novetta Solutions (“Novetta”), a former Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company.
Rick holds a B.A. from the University of Florida, a Master’s of Public Administration from George Washington University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
