Stephen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across key areas of business management, including pricing and estimation, financial operations, strategic analysis, and risk assessment. With a proven track record of managing a business portfolio exceeding $400 million annually, Stephen has demonstrated outstanding capabilities in handling complex business operations.
Notably, he has led new business proposals totaling over $50 billion in value, showcasing his proficiency in managing financial aspects, adhering to estimating systems, ensuring pricing compliance, and developing strategic pricing models. His expertise in risk and profit analysis, combined with his deep understanding of solicitation requirements and government regulations—both domestic and international—across various contract types, has been instrumental in achieving bid and proposal activities generating annual revenues of over $5 billion.
Before joining Tyto, Stephen held leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Northrop Grumman Corporation. He earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Project Management from Strayer University and a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech. Additionally, he holds certifications from MIT in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, the University of Pennsylvania in Revenue Management: Price Optimization, and the University of Virginia in Project Management.
