The scope of Alliant 3 is to provide federal agencies with a flexible, multiple-award IDIQ vehicle for acquiring complex, enterprise-wide IT solutions quickly and at scale.

Building on Alliant and Alliant 2, it modernizes IT procurement by increasing competition, streamlining acquisition, and aligning with federal priorities for efficiency and measurable outcomes.

Alliant 3 supports the full IT lifecycle and enables agencies to accelerate modernization, enhance cybersecurity, and deliver mission-focused results through a pre-vetted pool of industry partners.

Alliant 3 offers:

  • Alignment with Federal Enterprise Architecture and Department of Defense Enterprise
  • Architecture to enable new and creative technologies.
  • Contractor engagement metrics for bid and award requirements.
  • Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement clauses as an attachment to the master contract.
  • Flexibility in task order structure though the use of hybrid CLIN configurations.
  • Small business subcontracting credit at the task order level during the life of the contract. Funding agencies receive the credit in eSRS.
  • Office of Management and Budget — OMB — designation as a preferred governmentwide solution.
