Carrie Supko 

Vice President, Business Development - Justice & National Security

Carrie Supko is a recognized leader in the federal IT and cybersecurity space, with over 25 years of experience aligning national security mission requirements with cutting-edge technology solutions. She currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development, Justice & National Security at Tyto Athene, where she leads strategic growth efforts with a focus on delivering mission-critical capabilities to stakeholders across the company’s Federal Civilian market 

Throughout her career, Carrie has built a reputation for integrity, collaboration, and results-driven leadership. She brings a strong track record of shaping and executing innovative growth strategies, driving cross-sector partnerships, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable mission impact. Her previous leadership roles span large and small businesses as well as non-profit organizations, including Peraton, CACI, GDIT/CSRA, SAP NS2, Drakontas, and the IJIS Institute. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Federal Services and FSO/Insider Threat Program Official at Allyon, where she was responsible for both strategic growth and operational delivery across multiple federal markets. 

Carrie’s expertise is rooted in years of hands-on support to mission-driven programs. She served as Deputy Director of the DOJ’s NLETC Communications Technologies Center of Excellence; managed public safety and emergency preparedness initiatives at the IJIS Institute; and led business development efforts for national intelligence, diplomacy, and homeland security programs at CSRA/GDIT and Peraton. 

Her contributions to the federal contracting community have been recognized with several honors, including the 2022 Small Business Alliance of Government Contractors Excellence Award from the American Small Business Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and Allyon’s 2022 Leader of the Year award. 

Carrie is an active member of the Professional Services Council (PSC), Government Technology & Services Coalition (GTSC), Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), and AFCEA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in administration of justice from Penn State University and a master’s certification in Project Management.
