As Vice President of Finance, Jeff brings over a decade of progressive experience in financial leadership and strategic planning, with deep expertise in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Tyto, Jeff led the FP&A team at Octo, where he played a critical role in driving strategic decision-making through analytics, forecasting, and executive reporting. Jeff was instrumental in integrating multiple acquisitions, delivering board-ready financial insights, and ultimately supporting the successful exit to IBM. 

Prior to Octo, Jeff worked in PwC’s Financial Due Diligence practice, advising corporate and private equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. He conducted in-depth financial and operational analyses, including quality of earnings and working capital assessments, across a wide range of industries. Jeff played a key role in identifying financial risks and business trends while also supporting client relationships and mentoring junior team members.  

Jeff brings a unique combination of corporate finance and transaction advisory experience, making him a trusted partner in both operational execution and strategic growth. 

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salisbury University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Virginia.
