Tyto Athene Awarded $2.67 Million Contract to Provide E911 Services For The U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve
Tyto Athene was recently awarded a $2.67 Million contract to provide enhanced 911 sustainment services, hardware sustainment and digital logging recorder (DLR) sustainment services at multiple sites for the US Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). Contract also includes continuous operations relating to all E911 and associated systems:
- The latest Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and APL certified software patches
- Support all software revision and hardware on E911 systems
- Hardware replacement to lowest replaceable unit
- Hardware and software sustainment to include logistics support
The contract includes USAF, ANG and AF Reserve locations worldwide. As part of the overall sustainment and support of E911 services, the contractor shall provide technical support services to include: systems specific operating security patches, software maintenance, routine and emergency hardware repair and replacement, technician support, and on-site maintenance services to ensure reliable operations.
