With 18 years of experience, Casey Gutmann excels at connecting with people—both candidates and the recruiting team.
Casey began his career in staffing, supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intel community for over four years before transitioning to the government contractor side as a Senior Technical Recruiter for BAE Systems and ITT Exelis. Notably, he served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at DMI, leading their Federal and Commercial business across North America. There, he managed over 20 recruiters, improved reporting, and metrics, and built a strong team in support of DMI’s sale to OceanSound Partners.
At Tyto Athene, Casey leverages his extensive background to implement innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring the organization attracts the best talent to meet its mission. His leadership fosters a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in media & communication from Muhlenberg College.
