    Forging Tyto’s partnerships and putting its best face forward falls to Danielle Manson, Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Marketing, and Development. A seasoned business development executive with over two decades of DoD-focused, enterprise information technology, telecommunications, and federal systems integration experience, Danielle is a key contributor to driving Tyto Athene’s growth through alliance development and brand strategy.

    After earning her Master of Business Administration in Finance from American University, Danielle spent 7 years at MCI Telecommunications’ Defense and International Markets division. In 2004, Danielle’s career became focused on Business Development. She held executive positions at BAE Systems, SI International (Serco NA), and Apptis (AECOM) before moving to Brocade Networks Federal, where she oversaw full life-cycle business development and capture activities in support of their Department of Defense and Combatant Command program business. Further broadening her expertise, Danielle later joined Extreme Networks where she drove partner strategy for their OEM portfolio with IBM worldwide.

    Danielle is an active board member of several industry associations including AFCEA International’s Executive Committee, AFCEA DC Board of Directors, and the AFCEA DC 2023 Winter Gala Co-Chair. Danielle’s prior industry volunteer experience includes being a member in the Women in Technology Mentor/Protégé Program and Professional Service Council’s Vision Study Defense Team Co-Lead.

    In addition to her Master of Business Administration in Finance, Danielle also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Russian History from Michigan State University.
