Memorial Day 2021 – Remembering Those Who Served
Today we appreciate and remember the lives of the men and women that have died while serving in the US Military. We are so grateful for those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms and we honor their courage and commitment.
Here are some ways to give back during the long weekend in honor of Monday’s Memorial Day!
- Take a virtual tour of the White House – if you can’t make it to our Nation’s capital, check out their virtual tour and feel like you’re inside the room where it happens.
- Visit Arlington National Cemetery – whether you place a flag or flowers in remembrance or silently pay your respects, visit Arlington National or your local cemetery.
- Fly your American flag – a silent but meaningful act.
