As Senior Vice President of Tyto Athene’s Navy and Marine Corps business unit, Bill Lantzy is responsible for acquiring new business, service delivery, customer satisfaction and business performance.
Bill Lantzy joined Tyto Athene upon retirement from AT&T in 2021 after more than 30 years of service supporting the public sector. During his tenure with AT&T, Bill held various roles, including Client Executive Vice President and General Manager within the Department of Defense segment, in which he led the program management and information technology organization supporting the mission needs of the Navy / Marine Corps and DISA / Indo-Pac. He was responsible for the acquisition and growth of government contracts covering AT&T’s product portfolio of mobility, wireline, and professional services.
Previously, Bill has held leadership roles within AT&T Solution Development, supporting the DoD and Public Sector segments, focused on integrated custom designs for virtual private networks, information assurance, managed services, and client modernization of LAN/BAN/WAN infrastructure. His career at AT&T included key roles in developing and implementing large-scale, international network designs and professional service support for the DoD, DISA, DHS, and the DOJ.
Bill holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the George Washington University, School of Engineering and Applied Science, in Washington, DC. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
